A new & improved teacher training workshop was conducted at the beginning of the year in all partner schools affiliated to the mykensho program. The training program focused on helping the teachers understand the importance of making life & career decisions based on self awareness, labour market develops, appropriate 21st century skill building & how to effectively engage all stakeholders in this ecosystem solution. The training also highlighted the improved curriculum focused on enhanced self belief, profile building, change management, future focused research & vision/goal setting.
